Kerry Turnbull, VASL (Voluntary Action South Leicestershire) Support for Carers Service Manager, is very pleased to announce that a Carers Passport has been launched across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.

The Annual General Meeting of The Kibworth Chronicle Association (Kibworth & District Chronicle) will be held at the Grammar School Hall on Monday 7^th December 2020 at 18.00.

The Kibworth School are looking to recruit a Casual Mini Bus Driver. They are looking for an experienced driver to join the school staff.

You may be aware of our common resident finches, namely: Chaffinch; Greenfinch; Goldfinch; Bullfinch and Linnet.

Officers are reminding people to ensure their homes look occupied during the darker nights.

We are a charity  supporting St Wilfrid’s Church. Maintaining, preserving and restoring our 13th century church is a never ending task.

The Rotary Club of Kibworth and Fleckney, like so many other charitable organisations, has a real challenge to raise funds this year, when all our normal fund-raising activities have been curtailed, due to COVID.

 As you are aware we meet with our Patient Participation Group (PPG) on the first Thursday of every month. This month we had 6 new patients join us to observe the meeting, and we hope that they will all decide to join the group as full members going forwards. The Government has announced its intention to publish a White Paper on Devolution and Local Recovery either this autumn or early 2021.
