Sometimes it’s easy to overlook the lovely local places that are worth a visit. If you’ve not been to Foxton Locks recently then you may not realise there is now a second-hand bookshop inside Top Lock Cottage. This was set up by staff and volunteers in March 2022 and it has proved to be a great success.

Kibworth Bowling Club members have enjoyed indoor carpet bowls over the winter months. Roll-ups on Monday afternoons and evenings have been well attended. Social occasions, and several club competitions have taken place.
