For the first two months of the year the main emphasis in the Band Room is the Area Contest. This Contest takes place in Corby on 25th February.

Snow White - & her Seven Dwarfs - are now enjoying life in her Prince’s Castle. I know they will live happily for ever after. 

There are so many cliches used to accentuate this truth, “There’s no “I” in Team,” “Alone we can do so little, Together we can do so much,” … And so it goes on.

As the days get longer and the temperature begins to rise, beekeepers start to look forward to the start of the next bee keeping season. Right now, our Queen bees are increasing the rate at which they lay eggs and the worker bees that emerged last autumn are rearing the young larvae to be the next generation of bees.
