We are so pleased with how our group continues to grow, and we think the members of the group are a fabulous bunch of people!

Leicestershire Wildlife Hospital are organising an Auction of Promises to take place in July. We are looking for lots from you lovely people to help us raise money to continue our valuable work. You can pledge something as simple as making a homemade cake, washing a car, cutting a lawn, painting a door, anything you feel you can offer. Leicestershire Wildlife Hospital will be holding an Indoor Car Boot Sale on Saturday 18 March in Kibworth Grammar School Hall, LE8 0EW from 10am-1pm. 

The Macmillan INFOPOINT is now sited at HOME INSTEAD, 32 St Mary’s Road Market Harborough. The recently erected sign thanks to JW Signs now guides anyone wanting to access information for patients, family and friends affected by cancer.

Leicestershire Wildlife Hospital will be holding a coffee morning & table top sale on Sat 11 February in Kibworth Village Hall LE8 0LN. 10am - 12.45.

On Sunday 18 December Kilby neighbours and friends met for Christmas drinks at the home of Iain and Denise Bell. This annual event, now in its tenth year, was a ‘thank you’ to everyone who has supported ‘Get to Know your Neighbours’ in the past year.

The Warm Welcome initiative was set up to support organisations to open their doors and provide a warm welcome for those struggling to heat their homes this winter.

After the Christmas lull, the Hall is gearing up for a busy spring.

Despite yet another challenging year, the National Garden Scheme donated over £3.11 million to important cancer and nursing charities. Support for these charities is crucial and your visits to our gardens throughout the year are so very important to generate these vital funds. Thank you so much for your support in 2022 and I hope we will see more of you during 2023.
