You may not know they are there but Genesis Reflective Products have been in Kibworth for 28 years. The small factory unit lies behind the big orange gates of Crouch Commercials on Harborough Road Kibworth, the site of the old poultry farm.
Hello, I’m Charlie a Kibworth based independent, self-employed estate agent in partnership with Oliver Rayns covering South Leicestershire. Apart from spells working in London and New York I have grown up and lived most of my life in South Leicestershire, Kibworth for the last seven years and I have been helping homeowners achieve their property related goals across the area for over 19 years, predominantly dealing with town and country homes.
It was nice to put up the Christmas Trees outside the hall this year, which were kindly provided by Kibworth Beauchamp Parish Council. Hopefully these brought some cheer to villagers who walked or drove past during the festive period.
Stone carving is thought to be the oldest form of art, dating back thousands of years into the Stone Age. Our ancient ancestors chipped away at stone to make new shapes, creating something personal and with meaning, from the oldest and most durable material on earth.
My name is Chris Roberts and I started Kibworth Mortgages in January 2017 to provide friendly and professional services to aid clients to arrange mortgages and insurance needs. I am a local lad who was born and grew up in Kibworth. Started Kibworth Mortgages with the aim of having my own office in the heart of the village. I finally achieved this goal in September 2020, obtaining a prime office just off the roundabout in the village centre. We plan to be a big part of Kibworth and be established as a secure long-term business as it’s a fast-growing village that is close to my heart.
I should make clear straight away that I have no business axe to grind when I recommend visiting Market Harborough Indoor Market. I just wish to encourage more support for the stallholders by persuading your readers to plan a visit there.
So, we’ve been open for barely two months and we’re closed again for lockdown 2.0! It couldn’t come at a worse time for retailers. Especially for those of us in our first year of trading and unable to access any form of government support. But keeping everyone safe is the priority. So closure of our little shop at Pennbury Farm in Great Glen has prompted us to launch our online shop sooner than planned and it’s now live!
Faced with the dilemma of what to do about the Covid pandemic, I decided to help out by delivering fresh produce boxes whilst the supermarkets weren’t an option and to keep busy and active.
