After a fabulous concert last November, followed by our usual Christmas events, we are very excited to share with you the total amount raised for our chosen charity, Rainbows Children's Hospice in Loughborough. We raised a total of £1,300 which the Hospice were absolutely thrilled with! Thank you to everyone who supported us!

Kibworth Harcourt Post Mill

Kibworth Mill will once again be opening for National Mills Weekend giving members of the public an opportunity to visit the oldest mill in Leicestershire on Saturday 9 May and Sunday 10 May. Volunteers will show people around inside and outside the mill, giving visitors the chance to see the inner workings and marks left by the millers over the last 400 years.

“Spring in the studio is all about growth, development and momentum”, says Maxine Dodd, Langton artist. “I’m refreshing my website shop, developing my drawings into concertina sketchbooks, while exploring new subjects; the grace of dance and the collective energy of parkrun, which Ive been drawing most Saturday mornings in Harborough”. Maxine has been busy since Christmas, designing and delivering new workshops for Left to Draw Studios and Gallery, located upstairs at Union Wharf in Harborough, inspired by her love of sport and ballet. Now that spring is here, it’s time to return to her drawing practice, ready for the summer.
