Historian and broadcaster Michael Wood visits The Well. Ahead of his recent talk at St Wilfrids Church, a small reception was held at The Well with Timothy and Rebecca. Michael had previously visited in 2016 when he opened our (then) newly built extension. How time flies?

It’s 2022 midsummer and Kibworth welcomes its second bookshop, Daker Books, which is situated in the old Kibworth Books premises.  Daker is Debbie’s grandmother’s maiden name. Kibworth Books has moved to The Barn further down the High Street to where Mon Amie used to occupy.

Once again Home-Start South Leicestershire, based in Market Harborough, are helping families with young children across the whole Harborough District. We are looking for new volunteers to join our friendly team. The next training course starts this coming September.

GEMS Charity would like to thank Paul Ward of Kibworth Carpets. He and his family gave a kind donation of £719.01 in memory of Claire Ward. The online donations for which have yet to be received. This is a great amount, which goes to show how much loved Claire was.
