As promised in last month’s article, here is a new feature where readers can get to meet members of the Kibworth On-Call crew and find out more about what we do and what the job entails.

By the time you read this month’s Chronicle, we will have held our first CoCo morning in the village hall. What can that be, you might be asking? Well, it stands for ‘Coffee and Conversation’, so basically it’s a time when we are inviting you to join us for a cup of tea or coffee, naturally served with cake and biscuits, to have a friendly chat and to meet some new people.

Do we dare to hope that summer is finally starting to peek at us from around the corner?   The month started with a rare sunny bank holiday weekend, when thoughts probably turned to gardening and barbeques – lovely!
