Elliott Family Takes Centre Stage at Kibworth Golf Club as Vice Captain Roger Elliott’s Day proved to be a tremendous success, with excellent weather, a superbly presented course and a fantastic turnout.
Members enjoyed a day of competitive golf, camaraderie and hospitality, reflecting the hard work and dedication that Roger put into organising the event.
Adding a memorable personal touch to the occasion was the performance of Roger’s son, Callum, who produced the round of the day to claim first place with an excellent nett 67.
Callum’s victory ensured that the Elliott name was firmly etched into the record books of this year’s Vice Captain’s Day. His achievement was warmly applauded by fellow members during the prize presentation, where proud father Roger had the pleasure of congratulating his son on a superb performance.
More Summer Golf to Come
With the Ladies’ Captain’s Day, Gentlemen’s Captain’s Day and Junior Captain’s Day still to come in July, members can look forward to more memorable occasions and outstanding golfing achievements as the summer season continues.
If Vice Captain’s Day is anything to go by, there will be plenty more success stories and special moments to celebrate in the weeks ahead.
