May I, whilst respecting any contrary opinion, remind readers who choose not to respond to the April Chronicle plea to “Use you voice before it’s too late ” (especially once an outline planning application is submitted to HDC) of the quote of the late Archbishop Desmond Tutu which concluded:
“If an elephant has its foot on the tail of a mouse and you say that you are neutral, the mouse will not appreciate your neutrality.”
