Busy Summer on Court and Holiday Tennis for Children
Kibworth Tennis Club’s men’s and women’s teams have been enjoying a busy and competitive summer in the Leicestershire Summer Doubles League, with a mix of strong wins, close matches and tough fixtures across the divisions.
Several matches have been decided by narrow 5–4 score-lines, showing just how competitive the league has been this season.
The club’s teams continue to represent Kibworth with great effort, teamwork and sportsmanship, and there are more fixtures to come before the men’s and women’s summer programme concludes.
The club is also looking ahead to the Mixed Doubles League, which will run during July and August, giving more members the opportunity to get involved in competitive tennis over the summer.

Serving Up a Summer of Fun Tennis Sessions for Children
Kibworth Tennis Club will also be running a full programme of Summer Holiday Tennis Camps from Monday 27 July to Friday 21 August.
The sessions are open to children aged three and over, with suitable groups for complete beginners through to more experienced junior players.
The camps provide an opportunity for children to stay active during the summer holidays while developing their tennis skills in a fun and supportive environment.
