“It is more fun to talk with someone who doesn’t use long, difficult words but rather short, easy words like, ‘What about lunch?’” -Winnie-the-Pooh – A.A. Milne

It’s Winnie-the-Pooh’s 100th birthday this month! And a very wise bear he was too. The stories were set in the Hundred Acre Wood inspired by Ashdown Forest in East Sussex. Pooh, Piglet, Eeyore, Tigger and Christopher Robin are much more than characters in children’s stories. They have become part of our shared cultural heritage with tales of friendship, kindness, courage, belonging and the joys of a simple life. Happy Birthday Winnie!

We have a lot going on in the next couple of months! Here is a summary so you can get the dates in your diaries.
