Breast Cancer Now – the Final Total
Well, what an amazing event yet again this year? We were so lucky with the weather again which enabled us to set up some tables outside.
This is the fourth year of holding this event and I’m sure it gets better every year, I couldn’t do it without all the help and support from family, friends and local businesses; everyone works so hard to make this such a special village occasion. Kibworth is amazing.
I must thank: Bridge 67, Julian’s Hairdressing, Kibworth Co-op (for supplying tea, coffee and milk), Kibworth Bookshop for donating gift vouchers for the raffle, and also the many people who donated cakes, bottles, gift bags, raffle prizes, ‘justgiving’ donations and the most valuable thing: their time.
I have booked next year’s event for Saturday 4 September 2027 so please save the date!
By the way the final total raised was a staggering £2,477.50.
