Sketching Leicestershire – The Annual Show
It’s show time! Time to visit the Annual Exhibition of Leicester Sketch Club at the Leicester Adult Education College. There are 100 beautiful artworks in the show.
We develop our work with the help of a series of artists’ talks and workshops. A big part of our development is learning from each other. We share our sketchbooks often and go on sketching trips around the county – to the steam railway, the pumping station, farms and local towns and villages, for example.
We love to have new members who bring new talent and differing perspectives to the club.
We hope you will visit our exhibition which runs from Friday 30 October until Tuesday 24 November downstairs in the gallery. There is a good café on the ground floor for lunch or a snack.
