Rotary – Richard Darke awardees 2026
As many now know, our founder President was Richard Darke. In memory of Richard we started an award scheme of our own. The award is given, not necessarily based on academic achievement, but for a pupil’s overall contribution during their time at the school.
The Richard Darke Award is handed out to an individual in their last year of Primary School in Kibworth, Fleckney and Church Langton, and to an outstanding pupil at the now Mead Academy.

Joseph Shepherd – Kibworth Primary School- “Always shows compassion, care, support and positivity to those around him.”
