Scouts – Tree planting
Finally the 1st Kibworth Scouts group are continuing to develop and improve their site near to the railway bridge (simply known as ‘Scout-Land’) and also the plot of land between this site and Warwick Park. This body of land is owned by HDC who are pleased that the Scouts are looking after it on their behalf by clearing the overgrown hedges and planting whips (small trees) as can be seen in our photo above.
