Fairport House, Fleckney Road (self-build): No comment.

29 Prospect Road (rear extension): No comment.

Land west of Warwick Road (≈580 homes): Objected – EIA scope does not address major traffic, pedestrian safety, or infrastructure issues.

Approved / supported projects (subject also to KHPC approval):

MUGA fencing (Warwick Park): £13,308.88

Jubilee Green swings and wetpour: £13,726.26 

Kibworth Tennis Club improvements: ~£6,400 (supported in principle)

The Well – shopfront replacement: Supported in principle (more detail needed)

Community Hub improvements: Supported in principle LED lighting: £1,748  (subject to grant criteria)

Community speed gun: Supported in principle (more justification required)

No update – provider unable to attend.

Parish Manager’s Report – highlights

S106 funds: Seeking Deed of Variation (Outdoor Sports pot deadline August 2026).

Cemetery: £5,234.67 s106 grant received for bins and burial markers.

Community Hub: Snagging ongoing; café phase 2 quote awaited.

CCTV: SLA and monitoring costs still under review by HDC.

Leicestershire Gardens: VAT backdate – procedure being checked. 

Finance

Payments approved: £17,063.78

2026/27 Budget fact sheet: Approved for publication.

Financial Regulations: Updated (debit card & closure of Equals).

Annual Investment Strategy: Approved. 

Community Hub lease & staffing

Deed of Surrender: Legal costs approved (£850–£900).

TUPE support: HR consultants appointed (£700–£875).

Food safety: Only operators (not premises) need registration.
