Couch to 5K

Fleckney & Kibworth Running Club are offering a FREE 9-week couch to 5k running course, starting on Thursday 15 January, and every Thursday thereafter, at 6.30pm.

We run from Kibworth Methodist Church

Hall, School Road, Kibworth, LE8 OHS.

Free parking available at the Grammar School Hall car park.

This popular course is aimed at absolute beginners or anyone looking to get back into running. A welcoming and friendly club, you’ll be supported by experienced run leaders to help you each week.
