Community Awards 2025
Voluntary and Community Group of the Year!
We did it! After being runners up last year, we received the award for ‘Voluntary and Community Group of the Year’ at the second annual Harborough District Council community awards, in a ceremony held at Lutterworth College on October 9th 2025.
A nominator said: “It’s a safe and inclusive space where people feel accepted, supported and able to give back to the community.”
We don’t do what we do to win awards, but it’s always great to get some recognition for our service to the community through our welcoming café, pre-loved clothes and food bank.
We’re privileged to be at the heart of Kibworth as place where EVERYONE is welcome to access support if they want, or need it! Or just to pick up a bargain in the clothes shop and have a refreshing cuppa with a slice of delicious homemade cake.
