Saint Wilfred’s news Spetember 2025

Thank you to the ‘Kibworth & District Chronicle’ for their generous grant. It has enabled us to make improvements to our patio area, and purchase new items such as storage for the children’s toys. We are so grateful for this financial help which will benefit our children’s groups and community.
Harvest Services at St Wilfrid’s Church, Kibworth
Come and join us for a traditional Harvest Service: Sunday 28 September at 10.30am. We are also inviting people to donate flowers, greenery and produce from their gardens to help decorate the church. These can be in vases, buckets or baskets which will be placed around the church to give it a wonderful community harvest feel! Donations can be brought to the church on the morning of Saturday 27 September.
On Sunday 5 October our family-friendly ‘9.30 Express‘ service will have a harvest theme as well as the usual songs and laughs. Everyone is welcome to join us for a fun-filled service followed by breakfast in the hall.

Your donations of the following items would be greatly appreciated: pot plants to distribute to those in our community who are recently bereaved or unwell; dried, tinned and packet foods that we will deliver to The Well’s Food Bank. These can be brought to both of our harvest services – thank you for supporting our local community.
