‘A Life On Blue Peter – Challenges and Change at the BBC’ on Tuesday 20 May at 2pm

Alex Leger will delight us with his tales of producing the BBC’s Blue Peter programme with Peter Purves, Lesley Judd and John Noakes. He describes encounters with an erupting volcano, climbing windmills, gorillas in Uganda, a life-threatening storm at sea and LuLu the baby elephant who ran amok and created, arguably, the funniest moment in Blue Peter history.

Don’t miss this, join us at the Kibworth Grammar School Hall/Community Hub at 2pm.
