Egg-Citing Times!

We hope you all had a wonderful Easter break involving plenty of chocolate and a lovely break.

The shop was open for its first ever Easter and we had such a lovely weekend. It was so exciting meeting family members of our regular customers and lots of people from out of town.

Our candles and styling products are very popular at the moment. Gold flamingos and parrots have been literally flying off the shelves!

We’ve recently become a Paddywax candles and diffusers stockist and the whole collection smells stunning.

Our most popular candle and diffuser scents seem to be Tobacco and Patchouli. It is an earthy and comforting aroma, with its musk and peppery smokiness. As well there is our Sundara Beach collection which literally transports you back to your last trip to the beach.

New stock

Another new collection we’re proud to welcome in store this month, are our beautiful linen and cotton cushions. These cushions are perfect for the upcoming Summer months; light colours, cooling fabrics and some lovely patterns, stripes and ruffles which are easily mixed to create a beautiful contrasting combination on your sofa or bed.

We’re also so proud to welcome the work of the very talented ‘Posh Lampshades’. You may have seen some of these lampshades in the window over the past couple of months. They have been very popular indeed. Each lampshade is handmade locally and all have an abundance of personality and colour! A fantastic way to add an injection of interest, or a pop of colour, to any room.

Get ready for plenty of new stock over the coming months as well as the return of ‘Prosecco Saturdays’-the last Saturday of every month! Pop in for a browse and be treated to a glass of prosecco, orange juice, or a combination of the two – which is my personal favourite!

We’ve also been very lucky to be working with some amazing clients in the village on their interior design projects. Thank you to all of you for supporting us and we look forward to working with many more of you in the years to come!
