It’s that time of year again, after our summer break to meet up for the autumn term and start fine tuning the songs for our forthcoming charity concert!
After a summer of social choir evening walks and drop in workshops throughout August, we start again in earnest on Thursday 7 September!
This Year’s Theme
This year’s theme for our concert is ‘Night at the Movies’ where we shall be singing some well-known songs, and perhaps not so well-known songs from movies over the years. We will finish our evening with songs from Christmas movies!
Save the Date for our Concert
This year our concert will be held at St Wilfrid’s Church, Kibworth on Saturday 25 November at 7pm. Refreshments will be served in the Church during the interval, and as usual there will be a chance to hear more about the charities we are raising money for this year.
We will be joined by the amazing Nero String Quartet who will play at various points throughout the evening. Look them up on YouTube!

Tickets won’t be available until towards the end of the month through our new website (watch our media channels for news of its launch!) or message us as usual through our KLC email address or messenger via our facebook page. We will keep our social media platforms updated once tickets are available.
We are so looking forward to entertaining you with a little bit of KLC movie glitz and glamour, and red carpet treatment! Dress to impress in your own glitz and glamour if you wish – we certainly will be!
