Meadow of the Stars
A group of 25 Kibworth Rambling Group members visited Dolserau meaning ‘Meadow of the stars’ Hall near Dolgellau. Set in the rolling green Welsh countryside, it was a perfect base for our four-night autumn walking holiday. A series of eight organised walks over various distances included, for the adventurous, an ascent of 2930 ft (893m) Cadair Idris.
The location was another great HF hotel providing a friendly welcome, copious food and comfortable shelter for us all. Delightful!
