Indoors Cycling on Zwift.
Kibworth Velo Club’s virtual Tuesday 7pm ride on Zwift continues to go from strength to strength. new rides have joined uses it is the perfect introduction to indoors cycling. The ‘elastic band’ means we ride as group, (so long as you keep pedalling!) It is a great workout away from the recent snow and general bad weather.
But outside too—weather permitting.
We are still riding outdoors, in pairs, weather permitting! During the recent cold snaps it was unsafe to ride, (ice and thin tyres are not a good combo.) But, we’re in sight of spring and those long lighter days.
We hope the residents of Kibworth and surrounding villages are staying safe. Remember! Cycling is a great form of daily exercise!
