Parkinson’s Choir – Join Us in Oadby
2nd October 2026 | Clubs and Societies, Health
Experience the joy of singing in a supportive community! Open to anyone affected by Parkinson’s, along with family and friends, we meet weekly for uplifting sessions filled with music, laughter, and camaraderie.
No prior singing experience needed – just bring your enthusiasm! Singing not only boosts mood but also helps improve breathing and speech.
Whether you’re a carer or a friend or living with Parkinson’s, you’ll find a welcoming space here.
We meet in the Barnabas Centre, Hamble Road, Oadby, LE2 4NX, on Fridays, 1.30–3.30 pm.
The session cost is £8 or you can pay by standing order at £22 a month. The autumn term started on 11 September. There is a half-term break week beginning 19 October.
