Monthly Community Prize

Draw continues

After a year of making a meaningful difference to local causes, Market Harborough Building Society has announced that its monthly community prize draw will return for another year – bringing with it a further £12,000 in charitable donations.

The initiative enables both new and existing members to turn everyday saving into community support, with one local charity benefitting from a £1,000 donation each month.

Over the pst year, the Prize Draw has supported a range of local causes including:

  • Desborough’s Marlow House,
  • Stoke Albany Village Hall
  • Cransley Hospice, Market Harborough Macmillan Cancer Support
  • Kettering-based Johnny’s Happy Place
  • the Bodie Hodges Foundation, and
  • Northamptonshire Health Charity.

All were nominated by winning members.

The Thrive Agenda is the Society’s commitment to empowering local communities. It turns everyday saving into meaningful support for charities and initiatives, creating real and lasting impact. Over the past three years, the Society has given back £1 million to the communities it serves.
