SOS Fashion Show
Dear Kibworth Community
We would like to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came along on Tuesday 14 April night to the Kibworth & Smeeton WI Fashion Show at the Kibworth Community Hub. The evening was a huge success and everyone looked like they were having a great time.
We would also like to acknowledge the generosity of local businesses for their support with raffle prizes. These include, The Beauty Room, Bridge 67 butchers, Kibworth Bookshop, The Coop, Minarik and Rosie Made a Thing.
As always these events wouldn’t happen without the ‘backstage crew’ and the brilliant baking skills of the WI ladies, so thank you to all involved. And it obviously goes without saying, our models were amazing, strutting their stuff on the catwalk with a little last minute help from Andrew Minarik.
The evening was a huge success raising over £1,400 and, as a result, we have been able to make a generous donation to the Kibworth Community Hub and also boost our WI funds.
Well done for a great team effort and thanks everyone for your support.
