Year 6 leavers party
Dear Editor,
We are writing on behalf of parents and carers at Kibworth Primary School to invite you to support our Year 6 Leavers Festival Party, a community-led event celebrating the children as they complete their primary school journey to take place on Thursday 2nd July 2026, 6:30 – 8:30pm at Kibworth Primary School.
This will be a parent-run event, and our aim is to keep ticket costs as low as possible so that every child can take part. We are therefore seeking local business sponsorship or donations in kind, and would be incredibly grateful for any support you may be able to offer.
How could you help?
We are currently looking for support in the form of sponsorship, discounted services, or the loan/donation of equipment, including:
• Giant outdoor games (e.g. Connect 4, Jenga) • Popcorn machine or slushie cart
• Ice cream van • Face painting • Soft drinks stall • Magician or roaming entertainer • Photo booth and props • Festival-style wristbands • Glow sticks or LED accessories • Bubble or foam machine
• Silent disco headphones (loan or discounted hire)
• Balloon arch or decorative displays
If you are able to support the event in another way, we would be very happy to discuss this.
What we can offer in return:
As a thank you for your support, sponsoring businesses will be offered:
• Recognition on event signage and posters
• A thank-you mention in parent communications
• Opportunity to display your business name and/or logo at the event.
