Clamplin Family Marathon
Clampin Family run a collective 104.8miles completing the Nice to Cannes Marathon.
On Sunday 9 November Suzy, John and Dan Clampin, Ellie (neé Clampin) and Gael Chazal headed to Nice with 23,000 other runners from all over the world. The sky was cloudless and blue as we crossed the start line. At Antibes and the half way point Suzy tagged out to her beau-fils Gael and he carried the belt and chip timer to the finish at Cannes. Ellie, Dan and John heroically completed the full marathon course de pied. Running along the Cote d’azur was a real treat and lived up to its name.
Our advice to Kibworth readers; Suzy says “beat SAD and get outside running through the winter and the darkest month of the year!”
