A Taster Session
Lots to look forward to at Christmas but what about the New Year? Do you enjoy singing or listening to music? Most of us do. The Foxton Community Choir will be holding a Taster Evening on Thursday 11 January 2024 from 7.30pm in Foxton Church.
What this means is that you’ll be able to ‘try out’ singing in the Choir. It’s amazing how many people say they can’t sing but I’m sure that didn’t stop you when you decided to play football or tennis or ride a bike. So come along and give it a go. You don’t need to read music. There’s no audition and most of the existing Choir members had never sung in a choir before.
There’ll be refreshments and lots of opportunities to talk to our Musical Director, David Hubery, and to all the members, who, I can guarantee, will give you a great big New Year Welcome. Just turn up, or if you’d like to know more call 07748 131512.
