Kibworth Community Hub

Kibworth Community Hub latest. We are pleased to announce that our fundraising efforts to develop the Hub are beginning to bear fruit. We are hoping to start building phase one, the new library, soon. Recently, members of the steering group visited Moulton Community Centre. Both interesting and rewarding to see what can be achieved. Moulton hosts the community library as well as several different groups which serve the local area. If our plans are fulfilled, we are confident that the Hub will be a valuable asset for Kibworth for many years to come.

New Drop-In Session Can You Help?

We are in the process of setting up a new drop-in. The drop-in will provide tea, biscuits and an opportunity for a chat. This will take place on a Wednesday, late morning, and we are trying to recruit volunteers to help out. Some people have already come forward, but we could do with a few more.

We are keen to launch this as soon as possible. If you would like to be a part of it, please contact Kelly in the first instance on Tel:0116796389. Leave your details and we will get back to you. We are also planning to launch a number of community events too. We look forward to telling you about those soon.

Becoming the Hub

We are aware that as we are in the process of changing our name from the Grammar School Hall, to Kibworth Community Hub, there can be some confusion. Please bear with us. The eagle-eyed amongst you will have seen that the brown sign on the High Street, now reads Kibworth Community Hub, but we haven’t changed the sign on the Hall yet. It is in hand. In the meantime, please contact Kelly on the number above and she will be pleased to assist you with all your booking requirements.
