Some of you will be familiar with our best selling ‘Colins Traditional Sausages’ which he has been making for the past 40 years. It’s a tried and tested recipe which people will drive miles for.

Flavoured for you

In addition we make Hog Roast – an apple and sage, Welsh Dragon – a pork, leek and warming cayenne pepper and Andy’s Gluten Free pork sausages makes for a great display. Each week we also make a couple of seasonal flavours either chilli, Irish country or Merguez to name just a few.
