Kibworth Village Hall

After spending a lot of time and effort on making changes to ensure that our venue meets the Covid-19 requirements, we are pleased to confirm that Kibworth Village Hall has re-opened to regular users.

Residents of Kibworth and surrounding villages can now return to enjoying Dance, Taekwondo, Pilates, Yoga, T’ai Chi, Maths tuition, Weightwatchers and Youth activities.

Oh, and the Kibworth & District Chronicle who use us for lay up once a month. Apologies if I have missed anyone.

Due to concerns over cleaning, we are only open for regular users at present, but we will look at this later in the year with a view to returning to normal, as soon as we can, and as soon as it is safe to do so.

At the moment as well as occasional hires, the Community Cinema and Burns Night are also on hold, as is the Kibworth party and VE Day we were planning.

We have spent a lot of time, effort and money on the Hall during lockdown, and we hope you will all benefit from the newly refurbished toilets, the new stage lighting, and the redecorated hall.

Thanks again to all the local traders who have helped us achieve this, along with the hardworking Committee members, in particular Erica Parsons and Helen Simpson who have done a superb job of meeting the Covid-19 requirements for the Hall.
